Is the audit free?
No. The Visibility + Consultation Audit is a fixed-scope paid diagnostic at $2,000. If your firm moves into Foundation within 14 days, we credit that fee toward month one. Full refund applies only before kickoff completion and before production starts. After kickoff completion, the audit is non-refundable except when delivery is missed by more than 5 business days without client-caused delay.
When do contract and payment happen?
After fit is confirmed, TrustEstate sends a start packet with contract-ready terms and invoice or payment-link instructions. Audit production does not begin until contract, payment, and kickoff are all complete.
Do I need to book a call to get started?
No. The default path is async-first. You submit the request, we confirm fit, and the audit starts after the written kickoff packet and commercial steps are complete.
When does the 5-business-day audit clock start?
It starts only after payment and completed kickoff, not when you first submit the request form.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your Google Business Profile, website analytics, current intake path, and any relevant assets or consultation data. Public forms should not include confidential client matter details or credentials.
What happens after the audit is delivered?
TrustEstate recommends one next step, not a menu of ten upsells. In most cases that is Foundation, starting at $3,500 per month. The audit fee credit applies only inside the 14-day window after delivery.
What about legal marketing compliance?
TrustEstate is not a law firm. Client-facing claims still require client approval, and compliance-sensitive content is handled with that review loop in mind.
